P.B. Co. Part 2: Can’t Get Enough!

I’m sorry I haven’t blogged so religiously lately (I’m saying sorry to myself here). I’m caught up at work and everything in between PLUS mt phone went missing..properly put, I lost my phone 🙁

Most of my food trip photos are there, so I’m starting anew… I’m not really sure if that’s a good thing or not..but let’s see…

On to the FOOD! If you’ve read my last post here, you prolly know how much I am in love with Peanut Butter Company a.k.a PB Co. Though I have tried some of their bestsellers, I still can’t get enough! I just had to try more of their menu. Here’s the second part of my Peanut Butter Co. love affair…

P.B. Co. BBQ Wings
Description: chicken wings with BBQ sauce drizzled with Peanut Butter
Price:  Php 135
Serving: good for 1

The BBQ Wings, I’m not so much of a fan. Chicken was dry inside; though the BBQ sauce kept it moist on the outside. I’m not really sure if the BBQ sauce was made with peanut butter (I think not). But there’s still drizzles of peanut butter in the sauce.

Marshmallow PB Sandwich
Description: melted marshmallow with peanut butter
Price:  half  Php 75           whole Php 135
Serving: good for 1 but you can always share

Unlike the BBQ wings, I’m super duper in love with genius sandwich! Who would’ve thought that melted marshmallow will go well with peanut butter? I didn’t but it worked so well! At first I thought the peanut butter will be dried out because of heating but the melted marshmallow saved the day, I mean the sandwich.

Apple Cinnamon Sandwich
Description: slices of fresh green apples with peanut butter
Price:  half  Php 75           whole Php 135
Serving: good for 1 but you can always share

This is another genius sandwich! I thought the apples are candied or caramelized or preserved but to my delight, it was fresh green apples! The cinnamon peanut butter complemented the fresh apples so well. Super duper nice!

Black Forest Sandwich
Description: fresh cherries with dark chocolate spread and vanilla cream cheese
Price:  half  Php 75           whole Php 135
Serving: good for 1 but you can always share

Another genius sandwich! I think all of P.B. Co’s sweet sandwiches are winners! The black forest sandwich really tastes like black forest because of the dark chocolate, vanilla cream cheese and cherries. We ordered this to go, put in the fridge and ate it the next day, and still it was delicious even if it’s cold. AMAZING!

Btw, what do you think of my photos? I’d like to think this is a positive effect of me losing my phone. I get to take food photos with better quality.
