We all Pinoys know what sisig is. When you say sisig, only three things come to mind— beer, pulutan, and others. haha… Kidding aside, sisig has been one of Filipino’s favorite sinful treats. When you eat one, don’t ask how or what it’s made of— just EAT! hahaha.. The taste handsomley overcompensates for the ingredients..haha
According to Sisig Hooray’s official website, SISIG is…
Sisig
Type: meat entree/appetizer
Price: PHP 50 above
Serving: good for 1 in meals or good for sharing as pulutan
There’s a lot of different sisig around. But what makes Sisig Hooray different, is their special flavoring. They add a specific sauce that gives that salty sweet taste. They also have novelty kinds of sisig like squid, bangus and steak. I love their bangus sisig! 🙂
Just a piece of advice, don’t eat too much sisig because it is high in “bad” fats and cholesterol. Too much of anything is not good, right?
